Family man with 4 children and 3 grandchildren; operates multiple martial arts clubs in Alaska; 35+ years training beginning under GM Yong Chin Pak; Kukkiwon-certified since 1989; 7th Dan TKD (USAT), 6th Dan (Kukkiwon), Hapkido 5th Dan, Judo 3rd Dan; MMA stand-up fighting coach 2011–2018; developed first Alaskan female U.S.A. Team athlete.

Founded Robinsons Sport Taekwondo in 1993, focused on Olympic-style sparring athlete development. Teaching in Sacramento since 1991. Senior VP of the United States for the United World Taekwondo Association.
